Putting Children First

 

CHOICE Learning Academy's curriculum is comprehensive and rigorous, with a focus on mastering fundamentals. BJU, Monarch, Edmentum, Horizons, and Alpha Omega Publications, are used, along with other textbooks, online studies, hands on exploration, and experiences to meet individual student needs.  

 

CLA offers a full curriculum of core subjects (Math, Language Arts, Science, SS/History, Spanish, and Bible/Character Study) for grades PK-12 as well as opportunities for electives.

Per NAPS requirements, all English, History, and Science curriculums must be Christian based curriculums. CLA strives for core curriculums to primarily follow Texas TEKS.

Two academic schedules, are available: 3 and 4 day. During the 4 day program, students attend Monday-Thursday but receive work for Friday to be completed at home.  With the 3 day program, students attend Tuesday-Thursday, and have Monday and Friday's work to be completed at home. This schedule allows families to partake in the best of private school and homeschool features.
