Welcome to CHOICE Learning Academy!
We are a fully accredited, non-profit 501(c)(3) private Christian school serving grades PK-12, established in 2015 and located in Pilot Point, TX. Choice Learning provides families with a unique educational experience tailored to their students.
School Philosophy: At Choice Learning Academy, our aim is to lay a robust educational foundation equips students for future success through a rigorous, comprehensive college preparatory curriculum that meets state standards. Our highly qualified, Texas Certified teachers create a safe, Christ-centered, and nurturing environment that offers distinctive and stimulating learning opportunities. We take pride in crafting individualized plans that enhance personalized learning based on each student's needs, skills, and interests, all a supportive culture.
With low student-to-teacher ratios, we ensure ample attention for each student. Choice Learning emphasizes the holistic education of every student—mind, heart, and soul! We prioritize building personal relationships with our students and their families, as parent involvement and support are vital for student success. Thus, teamwork and ongoing communication among parents, teachers, and students are essential.
CLA operates as a university model school, offering 3 and 4-day programs, where students spend part of their week in school and the remainder at home. This model merges the finest elements of traditional private education with the benefits of homeschooling. Core classes for grades PK-8 are teacher-directed, while high school students engage with an online program. We provide a variety of electives and dual credit courses through North Central Texas College and Grayson College. Daily prayer, pledges, and weekly Bible lessons are integral to our routine, and schedules can be adapted to fit each student's needs. Special programs include the A&M Vet Science Program, Exotic Animal Zookeeper days, College & Career Days, American Sign Language classes, and annual field trips. CLA is dedicated to giving back to the community by with local shelters, nursing homes, and other organizations for meaningful learning experiences and community service projects.

Programs
Academic Curriculum K-8
Our academic curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire students, providing a solid foundation for their educational journey. Teachers primarily use BJU Press curriculum which provides educational materials written from a biblical worldview that focus on academic rigor and encourage critical thinking.
Academic Curriculum 9-12
Our high school curriculum, designed from a Christian perspective, equips students with both the academic knowledge and strong moral foundation necessary for success in college, university, or the workforce. Through a blend of core subjects, elective courses, and faith-based principles, students develop critical thinking skills, ethical decision-making abilities, and a strong sense of purpose. We emphasize the importance of service, leadership, and community involvement, fostering a well-rounded education that prepares students to thrive. High School students primarily utilize two online programs: Monarch and Edmentum Courseware.
